A quick message that the latest CompComm newsletter is at:

The plan is (unless some bad errors found) will be to announce this
on the newsgroups tomorrow night (when the IUCr regional mirrors
have hopefully updated).  There was a bit of a delay
due to synchronizing this with the Siena 2005 webpage.
