Re: [ddlm-group] Vote on BOM

The purpose of this email is to say that I have been following the discusion with interest and have learned a lot from reading all the comments, but I am we;; out of my area of expertize and I do not feel qualified to vote.  I like the idea that CIF2 should be a text standard rather than a binary file as this is more in line with our original philosophy, but I am unable to make the choice between Jame's options.
