It looks fine to me.  However one remark for consistency:

EPC, as explained, has an overall responsibility. However it does not appear in
the paragraph "Accss to lists and archives". I do not see how EPC will be able
to fullfill its duty without this right. Thus I suggest to add EPC:
.., Executive Secretary and EPC or any person...
