Dear Dr Flack

I am writing with reference to your room booking (Ref: E002) for the
Closed Meeting of the Committee on Electronic Publishing, Dissemination
and Storage of Information on Friday 6 August from 12:30-14:30hrs.

I am afraid we have had to change the location of this meeting to the
FYNE room at the SECC. Your new booking reference is FOO2.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Best wishes,

Lindsey Borthwick
