* TIME FOR INVOLVEMENT IN ICANN

* TIME FOR INVOLVEMENT IN ICANN

The Names Council of the Domain Name Support Organization
(DNSO) of ICANN is about to undergo a change through elections.
Several constituency organizations make up the DNSO, including
the Non Commercial Domain Name Holders Constituency (NCDNHC).
ISOC was instrumental in forming the NCDNHC and in bringing other
qualifying organizations into it from around the world. At this
time, representation is far too limited. All ISOC members who
are involved in other noncommercial organizations should encourage
those organizations to get active now. They can sign up to be
represented on the NCDNHC and find out how to join at
http://www.ncdnhc.isoc.org. Now is an important time to do this.
