on the ICSTI web site. This issue consists of three articles:

- The first is a report on the workshop on digital archiving held in Paris
on 30-31 January 2000.

- The second presents the model put in place by the National Library of
Australia to archive digital on-line publications.

- The third discusses the status of the ICSTI-ISSN project.
