Re: Archive Policy of the IUCr

Howard did a very impressive work in writing this document. Of course it
looks formal but it has to be.

I have only one remark. At the ICSTI meeting in Paris, in January, I
noticed how librarians are sensitive to long term preservation of the
information. The IUCr may dissapear some day. Should we not add a
sentence saying that, in case the Union stops its activity, that it will
do its best to transmit the archives to a body which will continue to
maintain the information?
