  Good idea. I've added it to paragraph 3 of the section 'Archive
Policy'.

  I've also rewritten paragraph 2 of the section 'Archive Policy' to
distinguish
between 'dissemination replicates' and 'security replicates' with
consequent changes
in the FAQ.

  I've also corrected a whole load of typos.
