MAJOR ICANN MEETING IN YOKOHAMA
As you may know, ICANN - the Internet Corporation for Assigned 
Names and Numbers - met these last couple of days in Yokohama 
(in the same centre where INET2000 is to take place this 
coming week).  The ICANN meeting closed with a number of 
important decisions about the addition of top-level domain 
names, at -large membership and enhancements to the root server
