There is an article entitled:

"Should all research papers in the biosciences be
placed in one, free-access, web library? Yes,               say
12,000 scientists"

The article refers to a discussion in Science magazine.

I haven't read either article in detail yet but perhaps the topic
is worthy of discussion on our Web site??
