Attached please find the Announcement and Registration form for STI 2002
to be held in Moscow from October 16 to 18 2002. The Conference will
celebrate the 50th anniversary of ICSTI Member VINITI.

ICSTI Members are asked to support our colleagues by attending the
meeting and circulating further the Announcement and Registration Form.
