Messages from ICSTI

A whole load of messages from the ICSTI distribution list have
accumulated in my letter box from 26th July onwards. I only find the
time now to read them and forward them to you.

Once I've emptied out this lot, our new ICSTI representative, Peter,
will take on the task of cutting, copying and forwarding on any relevant
messages.

So with my apologies for the flood, here goes.

H.
