CEP Budget

    Happy New Year to you.

    Attached is my New-Year expected gift to execsec. It is none other 
than the 2005 budget of the CEP. I hope I wouldn't be too late sending 
in the 2004 and trienniel reports.

  Budget for the IUCr Comitttee on Electronic Publication, Dissemination
   and Archiving of Information for 2005.


  
[1]  GBP 1000.- Student technical editorial work on IUCr web information
                services

[2]  USD 4000.- NeXus CD-ROMs.


[3]             ICSTI Winter meetings:
                7th - 9th January 2005, Paris
     EUR  204.- Hotel
     EUR   20.- Travel in Paris
     CHF  170.- TGV


[4]  CHF 1000.- OAI4 CERN, Geneva Sept/Oct. 4th Workshop on the Open
                Archive Initiative.
                2x EUR 150.- for registration (Brian and Howard)
                and CHF 600.- for travel and hotel for Brian.

[5]  CHF  600.- Visit to IUCr editorial offices,  October/Nov 2005.
