NEUTRONS AND FOOD - SYDNEY - 31 OCT - 3 NOV 2010 Dear colleagues, This is a reminder that the special early bird registration rate for the Neutrons and Food workshop ends on 31st July. The meeting will take place at the Amora Hotel in downtown Sydney from Sunday 31st October to Wednesday 3rd November. We strongly advise attendees to book now to secure the special workshop room rate. For PhD students and early career researchers (less than five years since PhD), we anticipate limited travel support for selected European researchers (through NMI3), for United States researchers (through JINS) and for Australian and New Zealand-based researchers (through AINSE). To be considered for travel support, registration is essential. Details of the workshop may be found at www.nbi.ansto.gov.au/neutronsandfood/ <http://www.nbi.ansto.gov.au/neutronsandfood/> This workshop is supported by the European Union through NMI3 (Integrated Infrastructure Initiative for Neutron Scattering and Muon Spectroscopy), Joint Institute for Neutron Sciences at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation, the Australian Institute of Nuclear Science and Engineering and the Australian Government Department of Innovation Industry, Science and Research. We look forward to welcoming you to Sydney. Regards, Elliot Gilbert (ANSTO) and Mike Davidson (University of Tennessee, Knoxville) (workshop co-chairs) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Dr. Elliot Paul Gilbert FRSA RPM Project Leader, Quokka (SANS) Project Leader, Food Science --- Bragg Institute ANSTO Locked Bag 2001 Kirrawee DC NSW 2232 Australia Tel: (61)-2-9717-9470 Fax: (61)-2-9717-3606 www.ansto.gov.au/research/bragg_institute/contacts/dr_elliot_gilbert <http://www.ansto.gov.au/research/bragg_institute/contacts/dr_elliot_gil bert> www.ansto.gov.au/research/bragg_institute/current_research/scientific_pr ojects/foodscience <http://www.ansto.gov.au/research/bragg_institute/current_research/scien tific_projects/foodscience> _______________________________________________ sa_scat mailing list sa_scat@iucr.org http://scripts.iucr.org/mailman/listinfo/sa_scat
