[SA_scat] Update on bids for hosting SAS2018 conference

[apologies if you receive this more than once, we are having some issues with the listserver - administrator]

Following the closing date of August 1st, 2012 for submissions, one bid was received to host the SAS 2018 conference.

This bid is now available for viewing on the SAS2012 website at sas2012.com/SAS2018bid.htm.

In addition, an evaluation panel has prepared questions to the organisers; these questions and their corresponding responses are also available at the same web address.

Should you wish to pose any further questions to the organisers, you now have an opportunity to do so, here, through the SAS listserver (sa_scat@iucr.org<mailto:sa_scat@iucr.org<mailto:sa_scat@iucr.org%3cmailto:sa_scat@iucr.org>>) or, alternatively you may also do so, following the formal presentation session at 1700 on Thursday 22nd November during SAS2012.
