[SA_Scat] Announce: US-SOMO revision 3087

Update 7 August 2016 US-SOMO revision 3087
An updated version of US-SOMO with improved HPLC-SAXS tools is now availablefor OSX, Windows and Linux and is downloadable at http://somo.uthscsa.edu/hplc.php
Key new HPLC-SAXS features of this release include:
    General improvements to HPLC-SAXS handling    Much improved capillary fouling correction management    Novel CorMap derived pairwise P-value map for frame similarity comparisons    Pairwise P-value multiple testing with Holm-Bonferroni correction.
