Dear colleagues: I am posting my Curriculum Vitae to ask for your assistance. Since 1996 I have been living in the United States and looking for opportunities for researching in the field of structural analysis of biological macromolecules. I have over 20 years of experience in fundamental and applied researches for molecular biology and biomedicine by structural physical methods such as X-ray diffraction (X-ray crystallographic analysis and SAXS technique) and electron microscopy: 1)Development of new method for analyzing SAXS data from the equilibrium enzyme-substrate mixtures which allows one to determine equilibrium, stoichiometric and structural parameters of macromolecular complexes formed; the following macromolecular systems were studied: (a) Eco dam methyltransferase with synthetic double-stranded oligonucleotide containing the enzyme recognition specific site; (b) phenylalanyl-tRNA-synthetase from E. coli with phenylalanyl-tRNA; (c) beef pancreas tryptophanyl-tRNA-synthetase at physiological (20 - 45 degrees C) temperatures; 2)Development of new method for express-diagnosis of human susceptibility to atherosclerosis based on analysis of SAXS data; determination of lipid core profiles of major plasma lipoproteins from various patients; 3) Determination of three-dimensional structures of inorganic and organic crystals containing iodide by X-ray diffraction. I will be grateful if you consider my CV. I hope my research experience and background find your interest. I look forward to receiving your assistance. Thank you.
