Dear Colleagues,

This is a reminder that the abstract submission to the Denver X-ray Conference
this year is still possible. The meeting will be held from August 4-8, at the
Sheraton Steamboat Resort, 2200 Village Inn Court, P.O. Box 774808, Steamboat
Springs, Colorado 80487 (Tel. 800-848-8878, Fax 800-870-8539, outside the U.S.

for details).

The abstract deadline has been postponed to April 24, 1997. The format of the
abstract can be found in http://www.engr.du.edu/ projects/97call.htm. Please
send the abstract directly to Prof. Paul K. Predecki, Department of
Engineering, University of Denver, CO 80208.

The summer at Steamboat is very pleasant. Superb outdoor activities are
available, which include hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing and hot-air
ballooning in beautiful mountain scenery.

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. These
should be made early since the number of rooms at the special conference rate
is limited ($86.00 per day plus 9.5% tax for a single or double room before
July 9, 1997, subject to availability). Also available are a limited number
of rooms for students at the Plaza Condominiums at a rate of $22.5 per bed
(contact conference coordinator: Carol Collier, denxrcon@du.edu for these).
In addition, there are several condominium complexes nearby which are ideal
to accommodate the family (information can be found in http://www.steamboat
-chamber.com/lodging.html).

We hope that you will consider the attending of this conference.
