CORFUNC codes?

  • Subject: CORFUNC codes?

The lack of a suitable tool for performing correlation function
analyses on 1-d SAS data has been an ongoing problem with the little
community that uses the SAS facilities here at NIST for the last several
years. We need something like the CORFUNC tool in the CCP13 collection,
but we need to be able to adapt it to our data formats and to our needs
for error estimates on the output parameters.

An e-mail to the address on the CORFUNC description page yielded a
reply of "user unknown."

This message is, therefore, a request to anyone in the SAS community
who can provide information that would help us track down such a code.
Granted, that the concepts are not too complex, and that the math should
be straightforward. There are still many ways to go astray in attempting
to build such a package. We would prefer not to totally reinvent this
particular wheel.

As a favor to those who do not quiteknow what I am talking about the
URL for the CCP13 version of this tool is
http://www.dl.ac.uk/SRS/CCP13/program/corfunc.html.

Thank You
