Draft DDL Version 2.0.8 Released

Greetings ...

I have just placed a new version of the DDL (2.0.8) on our W3 server.  This
version corrects several spelling errors in data item names that were
detected by our integrity checking software.    All parent-child relationships
in this version have now been verified.
