CIFLIB is a general class of utilities which read, write and check CIFs.
The CIFLIB class library, C API, example programs, and documentation can
be obtained from http://ndbserver.rutgers.edu/mmcif/software/CIFLIB/  and
from ftp://ndbserver.rutgers.edu/pub/programs/.
