This is an interesting confluence of great minds - Brian McMahon had detected
this same set of errors with his vcif syntax checker.  Brian also detected a
great number of cases in which the line-length was longer than 80 characters.
All of those problems have been fixed in the 02.aug.95 version of the mmCIF
dictionary, which was posted on the Web on Wednesday.  

I clearly am going to have to get the hang of letting people know when changes
have been make - I will work on getting more organized about this.  For the
record, here is the audit list of changes that were made in the newest 
version.

    + Enforced 80 character per line limit throughout.
    + Realphabetized _geom_angle.value and _geom_angle.value_esd.
    + Realphabetized _geom_torison.value and _geom_torison.value_esd.
    + Removed trailing blanks.
    + Fixed a couple of problems with missing terminal '.
