atom_sites.cartn_transform_axes

atom_sites.cartn_transform_axes is unrestricted character text.  I
have heard that there was some intention that only certain settings
should be used.  If this is indeed the intention, this should be
clarified.

If this is not the intention, then a cleaner, parseable internal
structure might be a good idea, unless matrices will _always_ be
given.  Right now neither axes nor matrices are mandatory in the
dictionary.
