typo in CHEM_LINK_BOND

Dear Paula,

     There are two typos in the example under CHEM_LINK_BOND.

    _chem_link_bond.value_angle
    _chem_link_bond.value_angle_esd

should be

    _chem_link_bond.value_dist
    _chem_link_bond.value_dist_esd
