                 Line 9872, "PDB" should be "CSD"
                 Line 22532 "_refine_ls_d_res_low" should be

                 Line 27459 "_struct_mon_nucl.tau" is in a block
                            named "_struct_mon_nucl.P"
                 Line 8120 "_chem_comp_bond.value_angle_esd" possibly
                            should be
                            "_chem_link_bond.value_angle_esd"
                 Line 8130 "_chem_link_bond.value_angle_dist" not in
                            the dictionary
                 Line 10303 "_computing.phasing_MIR" not in dictionary
