non-semi-colon

Text fields are supposed to be quoted with a semi-colon.  I seem to
have found a couple of minor typos in the mmcif dictionary, version
0.0.02 and used the mmcif mailing list to report the problem, both
to anyone who may be using that version of the dictionary and
to its  developers.
