An updated version of the mmCIF dictionary is available

Hello folks -

Just because we have been quiet doesn't mean we haven't been working.  In the
past months we have brought the mmCIF dictionary back into alignment with the
core CIF dictionary, version 2.0 of which was approved by COMCIFS at the 
end of last year.

We have also added a number of new data items to accomodate new information
now provided for in the PDB format - this was almost exclusively the addition
of data names to capture the output of refinement, corresponding to the PDB
REMARK 3 records.

All we have left on our agenda is to fill in the missing examples in the 
dictionary, and then we are ready to submit it to COMCIFS for formal approval.
We are posting the current version on the mmCIF server - please have a look
and make sure all of your issues have been addressed.
