3D Modeling

        Here at ASU we are trying to create a 3D animation of Protein
Complexes. We are using Autodesk 3D Studio which can render models
created in 3DS or DXF (AutoCAD) format. We are interested in animating
the protein structures in their alpha-helix and beta-strand form. We
would like to know if there is any way to take the PDB files and convert
them into the formats described above. If you need any more informations
about the formats we are using we would be glad to give them to you.
