   appearing in _refln_index_m_. Number of ranges must match
   _cell_modulation_dimension. Order of the additional indices must
   be consistent with the codes given in _cell_wave_vector_seq_id.
   These need not be the same as the _diffrn_reflns_limit_index_m_.
