PURPOSE

ndb_cif_remove_datablock_by_id deletes the data in the datablock specified by datablockId in the CifHandle data structure specified by cf and frees the memory.

RECEIVES

cf	pointer to the CifHandle data structure
datablockId	identifies the datablock to remove

RETURN VALUE

Returns the number of the current datablock.

REMARKS

Function does provide new value to the cf.
