Rooms in the convention center will be available for Open Commission Meetings not currently scheduled and for ad hoc sessions. Rooms must be reserved well in advance to facilitate scheduling and assured access. Contact the Organizing Committee Chair to make room reservations and provide the Congress Secretariat with information concerning the session's content.
A request to schedule an Open Meeting of the Commission on Journals was received after the microsymposia schedule was set. Details on this, and other Commission Meetings will appear on this site and in the final program book.
