ciftbx update

The CIFtbx release has been updated to:
  CIFtbx2 Version 2.5.1, September 1996
  CYCLOPS Version 2.1.1, September 1996
  cif2cif Version 0.0.4, September 1996
In addition to having all the features discussed at the CIF workshop at
the IUCr meeting in Seattle, such as bookmarks and comment handling, these
versions have had some portabibility problems corrected.  In order to
reduce the number of warning messages encountered on some systems, the
common blocks have been reorganized, and some new items appear on the
MANIFEST.  Please review the README and MANIFEST carefully.  In
particular, please be certain you have the new files ciftbx.cmv, ciftbx.cmf
and clearfp.f before compiling.

Users of FreeBSD please note:  The problem with numeric output by pnumb_
and pnumd_ under FreeBSD in version 2.5.0 has been corrected with
release 2.5.1.

During the preparation of this release, there was a brief period when
some files from earlier releases may have appeared in the release directory
along with the new files.  The correct versions of ciftbx.shar and
ciftbx.cshar are of sizes 729K and 718K respectively and are dated 29-Sep-96.
