(1979), A35, 1072. The original Chairman P. Tolédano resigned from the Working Group 13 November 1995. J.-C. Tolédano was appointed Chairman 20 December 1995. R. L. Snyder resigned from the Working Group 28 April 1996 and R. S. Roth was appointed member 28 May 1996. The Report was received by the Commission 19 March 1998 and accepted 22 May 1998.
