int ndb_cif_new_row(CifHandle *cf);

PURPOSE

ndb_cif_new_row allocates space in the CifHandle data structure, specified by cf to store a new row in the current category of the current datablock.

RECEIVES

cf	pointer to the CifHandle data structure

RETURN VALUE

Returns the current row or 0 for failure.

REMARKS

Function does provide new value to the cf.
