PURPOSE

ndb_cif_insert_new_row allocates space in the CifHandle data structure, specified by cf, to store a new row in the current category of the current datablock and places it as row number rowNo.

RECEIVES

cf	pointer to the CifHandle data structure
rowNo	where the new row will be placed

RETURN VALUE

Returns the current row or 0 for failure.

REMARKS

Function does provide new value to the cf.
