Subtomogram Averaging with Dynamo

Fifth Dynamo workshop

The workshop will provide hands-on training on all practical aspects of sub-tomogram averaging, encompassing all stages of the pipeline: tomogram visualization and archiving, particle picking in different geometries, averaging, refinement and classification. No previous experience is required. Computing infrastructure will be provided in place and participants are welcome to bring their own data sets.
