19th International Conference on Non-Contact Atomic Force Microscopy (NC-AFM)

NC-AFM 2016 will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre at the University of Nottingham and is the 19th conference in the International Non-contact Atomic Force Microscopy (NC-AFM) series. The International NC-AFM conferences focus on both experimental and theoretical research involving dynamic force microscopy and related techniques, and span force microscopy-based imaging, spectroscopy, and manipulation of a variety of surfaces, adsorbates, nanostructures, and interfaces.
