The first cryo-EM workshop at the TEM Winter School will introduce the concepts
and applications of cryo-EM. Through lectures, demos and hands
on experiences, participants will learn cryo-EM sample preparation, TEM
operation, data collection and analysis. This is an introductory workshop
for those interested in using cryo-EM and prior experience is not
necessary; however, basic understanding of structural biology and/or TEM is
recommended.
