UCANS8: International Meeting of the Union for Compact Accelerator-Driven Neutron Sources

The goal of the conference is to inform the scientific community about the current status of these techniques, to share expertise and address questions of common interest for a wide variety of uses of neutron scattering. Engineers, technicians, students or scientists interested in developing these methods for academic or industrial research are encouraged to apply and participate.

Three major aspects of UCANS will be discussed in the workshop:

• Instruments and Scientific Applications

Abstract submission opens: 1st March

Abstract submission deadline: 1st April

Registration deadline: 1st JuneÂ

The workshop will include a visit to the neutron centre at Saclay on 11th July.Â
