EMBO course on methods for biological macromolecules in solution

This Course covers the major structural and biophysical techniques employed for characterization of proteins and nucleic acids under close to native conditions. It includes lectures on: small angle X­-ray and neutron scattering, NMR, mass spectrometry, analytical ultracentrifugation, bioinformatic tools, cryo­EM and interdisciplinary approaches.
