The Nordic Neutron Science Program (NNSP) and SwedNess are proud to announce the 3rd Nordic-Baltic School in Neutron Scattering. The event will take place this year in the Estonian university town of Tartu, 9th-20th September 2019. The school is primarly for PhD students early in the their studies, but M.Sc. students can apply as well.

On 7th and 8th September, the school will be preceded with a crash course on the necessary Mathematics (complex numbers, Fourier transforms etc.) and Physics for students from non-Physics backgrounds.Â

The cost for participation, accommodation and travel is free for students from Nordic countries. The school is funded by Nordforsk and the Swedish Strategic Research Council (SSF).Â
