The Heart of Europe Bio-Crystallography Meeting (a.k.a. HEC Meeting) is an annual conference on structural biology, with an emphasis on macromolecular crystallography. Participants from Poland, Germany, Czech Republic and Austria discuss current topics in this field. Talks are mostly presented by PhD students, with the exception of the HEC lecture, which is given by an eminent scientist of the field.
