LASSAP

LASSAP stands for LArge Scale Sequence compArison Package. LASSAP is an extensible, high performance , parallel sequence comparison software. It currently implements all major sequence comparison algorithms (Fasta, Blast, Smith/Waterman), and others string matching and pattern matching algorithms.
