ReX

The ReX program is based on the Rietveld method and allows to perform quantitative and structural analyses starting from powder diffraction data. It provides a flexible parameter-based architecture offering the possibility to optimize both sample and instrument related quantities, using non-linear least-squares or other optimization algorithms.
