A one day workshop targeted primarily for newcomers to the field of experimental research at low temperatures. A series of talks in the fields of cryogen handling, thermometry, measurement and control, and cryogenic techniques below 1 Kelvin. The talks are accompanied by an extensive set of notes for future reference.
