The conference will focus on Quantitative Electron Microscopy, in particular its application to imaging, diffraction and spectroscopy. Several distinguished invited speakers will present the state-of-the-art in their field, alongside contributed oral presentations as well as poster sessions. A trade exhibition will also be held for delegates to explore the latest advances in instrumentation, as well as a conference dinner in the 11th century Durham castle.
