The CrysAC Workhop on "Bio-Apatite, humans, archaeology and environment", organized within the activities of the Commission on Crystallography in Art and Cultural Heritage, will take place on September 17, 2024 at the Department of Geosciences of University of Padova.
It will be followed the next day by a short workshop on "Carbonates, humans, archaeology and environment". This workshop invites scientists from research institutions, museums, and conservation bodies, to look at apatite from various points of view from mineralogy, structure, anthropology, archaeometry or possible nano-technology.
