5th Annual Data Processing Workshop

This year's workshop will focus on cryo-electron tomography data
processing, which will include, in addition to tomography basics,
tilt-series alignment, reconstruction, subtomogram averaging,
classification, heterogeneity analysis and segmentation through the use of
software such as IMOD, Warp/M, Relion, STOPGAP and tomoDRGN (segmentation
software to be finalized).
