CryoET Object Identification Workshop

In Redwood City
CryoET Object Identification Workshop focused on the intersection of machine learning and cryogenic electron tomography (cryoET), specifically addressing the challenge of annotation and segmentation of tomograms. One goal of the workshop is to facilitate discussions between the ML and cryoET communities.
Part of the agenda of the workshop will be to discuss the outcomes of the recent CryoEM Object Identification Kaggle competition. We will have presentations from CryoET methods developers as well as from some of the winners of the Kaggle competition. We also hope to gain insights from the results of the challenge and get input on the design of future object identification challenges.
