2025 CryoEM Modeling and Structure Validation Workshop

This workshop will bring together leading experts to share the latest best practices, tools, and techniques in cryoEM model building, refinement, visualization, validation, and deposition.

The program will feature expert-led talks and live demonstrations on Coot, Phenix, ModelAngelo, ISOLDE, ChimeraX, and other software tools, along with discussions on structure validation and deposition guidance. All sessions will be recorded and made available on the S2C2 website after the event for participants to review or catch up on missed content.
